The Supportability Pack is a collection of popular tools 41 in total as of v1. The tools are cataloged by feature and component and are updatable through the Supportability Pack Updater. Early versions of the Supportability Pack served to raise awareness, improve accessibility, and promote the use of internal troubleshooting tools. In subsequent updates, the spotlight started to shift toward the creation of new tools based on prevalent customer scenarios and feedback.
Note: The tools in the Supportability Pack are not intended to replace intrinsic system administration features of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. They are specialized utilities for advanced troubleshooting in specific areas. Note : You need to download the Supportability Pack only once and use the included Supportability Pack Updater to keep all tools up-to-date.
