Asked by Manish Rajput. I am using citrix receiver initialization failed receiver to access work application hosted on citrix servers form initiapization MacBook pro.
Sometimes I also access the application via on web browser. Just a week before i updated my MacBook to latest macOS sierra and after that I am unable to launch apps via citrix receiver or web browser.
After authentication it takes sometime to try load the app but fails with error "Initialization failed". The same error appear even if I try to login via web browser both safari and chrome. The same receiver and all working fine citrix receiver initialization failed week prior to OS upgrade.
I have raised concerns with apple as well if they can fix. Here, I am starting this thread, to know if any one else has faced this issue and if there is any patched receiver is released for new OS or if there is any suggested workaround to make it work. I downloaded the most recent version of Receiver and then deleted the version of Citrix Receiver that was on the Mac using the un-installer that is on the disk image with the installer.
